Where we ship

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are not currently able to ship anywhere else, including the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Delivery is free on every UK order. No minimum spend and no surcharges at checkout.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

Our standard service aims to deliver within 7 days of dispatch. Most orders arrive sooner. Timescales are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays or bad weather. Where no time is agreed, we deliver within 30 days of the contract, as required by law.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral name on the label. Nothing on the outside indicates what is inside or who sent it.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement. You can also check status on our Track My Order page or in your account.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at support@venara.store and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Carriers usually ask us to wait a set period before treating a parcel as lost.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at support@venara.store — we can usually amend it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it, and we cannot refund parcels lost through an incorrect address.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
